We seek to source differentiated, often off-market, opportunities, followed by extensive underwriting, diligence, & structuring processes - we typically invest in 2% of all investment opportunities reviewed and less than 1% of opportunities sourced. Following investment, we pursue value creation through hands-on, active asset management strategies.
